Filigree Account Specialist

Job Description

  • Exclusively promote Filigree projects by developing strategies based on the projects’ unique selling propositions
  • Build client networks and drive sales by leveraging on selling activities such as open houses, showroom and exhibit manning, saturation, and digital marketing
  • Represent the Filigree brand with professional and impeccable comportment
  • Ensure that all handled clients who engage any sales touch point (e.g. showroom, exhibit) have a memorable and world-class customer experience
  • Assist clients in their investment needs by providing relevant brand & project knowledge, market insight and complete information on the purchase process
  • Build and foster client relationships through diligent account management
  • Achieve the set individual quotas and support his/her respective team in achieving group deliverables

Minimum Qualifications

  • A graduate of any Bachelor’s degree (preferably business-related courses)
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of real estate sales experience or from related industries such as automotive, pharmaceutical, banking and finance, etc. A strong background in handling luxury brands and products is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are also welcome to apply
  • With strong relationship management skills and a flair for excellent customer service
  • Fast learners, resourceful, self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
