JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Educate clients about market conditions, conduct walkthroughs, and provide guidance and assistance through the process of investing in prime Filigree properties
  • Build client networks and drive sales by leveraging on selling activities like digital marketing, brand partnerships, and the like

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field
  • Has a pleasing personality and with good interpersonal skills
  • Has excellent negotiating, selling, and oral / written communication skills
  • Has a good personal network with proven work experience in the same or related field
  • Must be highly motivated and target driven

  • Coach and motivate account specialists to close a deal
  • Develop effective training programs to teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale
  • Monitor and sets weekly, monthly, and yearly monetary goals for agents to achieve

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manages and provides directions to the Sales Managers in recruitment, selection, and development to achieve company goals and objectives. Other duties and responsibilities include:
  • Assign sales territory, target groups, and sales quotas
  • Coordinate sales activities with other units or departments
  • Prepare and submit plans, budgets, progress and annual sales reports
  • Research competitors’ products/projects (competitive check)
  • Develop goals and objectives, projects and priorities, and assign them to Sales Managers
  • Develop and conduct sales campaigns, as well as marketing and promotional plans
  • May perform duties of Sales Managers as well

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

  • A graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
  • With PRC Broker’s license
  • Has at least 4 years experience in real estate as a director
  • Has good planning and organizational skills
  • Able to motivate and lead a team
