Filigree offered an exclusive preview of its newest development, dubbed “The Metro South’s iconic garden tower,’ at its showroom in Alabang. Guests were welcomed into a thoughtfully curated 104 sqm two-bedroom unit, designed by Miaja Design Group, a Singapore-based firm known for blending nature with luxury. Earth-toned accents and subtle textures shaped a space that didn’t just look beautiful, it felt like home. A modern Filipino touch grounded the interiors in something both familiar and refined.
The event also showcased 1001 Parkway Residences’ units, generously sized from 70 to 237 sqm, with options ranging from one to three bedrooms. This high-rise condominium also has special rooms, the Garden Units, lined with balcony greenery, offering residents a real connection to nature, even from a great vantage point. The garden layout gave new meaning to vertical living by drawing the outdoors in.
